Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Engineering to lead and unify Salesforce CRM efforts within the Revenue Operations team. This full-time, fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Sales Systems & Data and focuses on building a scalable, governed Salesforce platform aligned with growth and prioritised RevOps goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence, consolidating work across multiple teams into a unified operating model with clear intake, prioritization, technical standards, and ownership while reducing duplicated and shadow CRM development.
• Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, administrators, and analysts. Set clear expectations and career paths, align team members to their strengths, and identify and hire for critical capability gaps.
• Own Salesforce platform architecture and technical governance, including data model integrity, declarative versus programmatic development standards, security and sharing models, release management and CI/CD, environment strategy, and technical debt reduction.
• Bring sufficient technical depth to lead architecture and design reviews, evaluate tradeoffs, and challenge solution choices directly, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with platform standards.
• Partner across Product, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Security to align the CRM roadmap with business priorities, translate strategy into a sequenced delivery plan, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Establish operational rigor for the Salesforce platform, including SLAs and support models for production issues, monitoring and incident response, documentation standards, release processes, and scalability planning ahead of business growth.
• Create a culture of platform ownership and continuous improvement that balances near-term business needs with the long-term health and scalability of Spring Health’s CRM ecosystem.

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Systems & Data, the Senior Manager, CRM Engineering will lead and unify Spring Health’s Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence, bringing multiple teams under a common operating model to drive platform excellence, system alignment, and scalable architecture. This full time, fully remote role is part of the Sales Systems & Data team within Revenue Operations and will play a critical role in deploying engineering talent against the highest-leverage RevOps and go-to-market priorities while building a Salesforce platform that can scale with Spring Health’s growth. Minimal travel is expected.
