A digital innovation and healthcare transformation company, backed by Asia’s largest integrated healthcare network, is looking to hire a Head of Sales – United States. The organization delivers scalable, AI-powered solutions across clinical operations, digital health, virtual care, revenue cycle management (RCM), EMR support, and population health—redefining how care is accessed, delivered, and managed globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead US go-to-market strategy and drive enterprise-level sales growth.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across providers, payers, and health-tech platforms.
  • Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Expand and grow key accounts with a strong hunter-farmer approach.
  • Engage with CXOs, clinicians, and IT leaders in consultative sales discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences, forums, and strategic events.
  • Track market trends and provide insights to support product and commercial strategy.

Desired Profile

  • 10–15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in US healthcare or HealthTech.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and key account expansion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, including EMR, virtual care, RCM, and population health.
  • Skilled in engaging with senior healthcare stakeholders and managing complex deals.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, value-based care, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured sales forecasting.
  • Background in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
