Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join their team. This pivotal role will primarily focus on driving sales and building pipeline within direct employer opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for direct employer sales opportunities
• Actively drive deals to close with persistence and tenacity
• Employ creative thinking to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Contribute to pipeline generation, including personal lead generation efforts in addition to working leads from SDRs
• Collaborate closely with internal leadership teams to align strategies and support sales efforts
• Navigate and manage sales opportunities involving brokers
• Quickly absorb knowledge about their product, market, and sales approach
