Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Rooms Division (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services).
• Develop and manage Rooms Division budget, cost control, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations and trainings.
