Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a seasoned F&B Manager for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. You will lead all front- and back-of-house dining operations, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction with warm, professional service.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, implementing SOPs, controlling costs, and ensuring safety compliance while stepping in for the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of the hospitality and business management fields.
• Capable of integrating information across departments and communicating it clearly.
• Ability to analyze complex activities to improve practices.
• Decision-making with general policies and reporting to GM.
• Strong communication and guest satisfaction leadership.
• Excellent speech and writing skills for reports and policies.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage F&B operations to meet guest and financial goals.
• Oversee HR activities: hire, train, coach, and review staff.
• Develop and manage annual budget and marketing plans.
• Implement company programs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain front and back of house sanitation and safety.
• Act as General Manager in their absence.
