Hotel Equities seeks a Director of Food and Beverage for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. This hands-on leadership role drives the entire F&B operation, including catering, kitchen, restaurants, room service and lounges, while guiding budget planning and brand standards.

The role requires strong people skills, advanced F&B knowledge, and a track record in hospitality management. A dynamic, guest-focused leader is essential to exceed satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management and hospitality operations.
• Some culinary training and/or experience in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to forecast and manage budgets effectively.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage the F&B operations for Sun Mountain Lodge to meet guest and owner expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and annual business/marketing plans.
• Oversee Catering Operations, Kitchen, Restaurants, Room Service and Lounges.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate F&B staff; enforce performance policies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance across all outlets.
