Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Sales Manager for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. The role can be on site or Seattle based and focuses on developing relationships in the Seattle and Pacific Northwest meetings and events community to grow revenue.

You will manage the sales process from prospecting to contracting, negotiate value-driven agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the resort's growth goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel, resort, destination, meeting, or event sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and property visits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships within the Seattle and Pacific Northwest meetings and events community.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Represent Sun Mountain Lodge at industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and networking functions.
• Develop targeted sales strategies that generate new business and increase revenue.
• Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through contracting and account management.
• Negotiate agreements that create value for both clients and the resort.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain organized account records, sales activities, and customer profiles.
• Serve as a passionate ambassador for Sun Mountain Lodge and the Methow Valley.
