Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. The role oversees F&B operations, budgeting, marketing plans and executive leadership within the hotel’s dining outlets.

The position requires hands-on management, strong communication, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 annually with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in food & beverage management preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage operations of the Food and Beverage departments to meet goals.
• Develops and recommends the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
• Manage Catering Operations, Kitchen, Restaurant(s), Room Service and Lounge(s).
• Participate in total hotel management as a member of the Hotel Executive Committee.
• Oversee recruitment, development, coaching and performance reviews.
