Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking an F&B Manager for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. You will plan and oversee all F&B operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgets and staffing to meet financial targets.

The role includes coaching ambassadors, implementing company programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position requires a strong hospitality background, leadership skills, and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management fields.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information to improve practices.
• Strong communication skills for leading Ambassadors and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent literacy for reports, policies and procedures.
• Mobility to walk throughout the hotel spaces.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage F&B functions to meet guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans and objectives within approved plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and laws; protect assets.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Act as General Manager in the absence of the GM.
