Job summary

Storm2 is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the systems, insights, and processes that drive commercial performance. This high-visibility leadership role partners across Sales, Finance, Product, Risk, and Operations to support customer growth and strategic partnerships.

You will own forecasting, CRM strategy, data architecture, and BI, delivering data-driven insights for executive decision-making in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Revenue Operations leadership in fintech, lending, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in CRM, GTM systems, forecasting, analytics, and process optimization.
• Strong commercial acumen translating data into executive insights.
• Experience building and scaling revenue operations in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on mindset balancing strategic leadership with execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Revenue Operations across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Develop forecasting, reporting, and performance frameworks for executive decisions.
• Own CRM strategy, GTM systems, data architecture, and BI.
• Improve revenue processes, funnel performance, activation, and retention.
• Build scalable workflows and automation to boost efficiency across commercial teams.
• Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion, utilisation, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and business reviews.
