Andromeda is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own forecasting, deal desk, and pipeline hygiene. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to scale a GPU compute market, building processes from scratch and delivering actionable insights.

You’ll work across a remote-first US team, driving data-driven decisions and establishing the operating system for revenue growth. Experience with high-velocity B2B ops is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B company.
• Hands-on CRM ownership and data hygiene at scale.
• Ability to design processes with a long-term view.

Responsabilités

• Own forecasting dashboards and weekly deal reviews.
• Build and optimize the deal desk and routing logic.
• Partner with Finance on capacity planning and quota design.
• Identify AI-enabled improvements to reporting and forecasting.
• Act as cross-functional glue between sales, supply, legal, and finance.
