Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Strategy to lead pricing, distribution and inventory strategies across a diverse hotel portfolio. The role partners with Ownership, Operations and Sales leadership to drive profitability, market share growth and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Revenue Management experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to build relationships across brand, corporate and property.
• Knowledge of Revenue Management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ownership, upper management and corporate teams.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, distribution and inventory strategies across a diverse hotel portfolio.
• Collaborate with Ownership, Operations and Sales leadership to address concerns and drive results.
• Present to Owners on a regular basis and report insights to executive teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to maximize revenue and market share.
• Mentor and lead a team of Area Directors of Revenue Strategy across regions.
