Job summary

You will own roadmaps, drive end-to-end product development, and align with business strategy to boost trips, margin, and other outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, measure performance, mentor staff, and represent the portfolio with executives and clients, promoting product value and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience.
• Experience with direct reports and professional development.
• Execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, supporting).
• Adept at business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• Decision making and problem solving mastery.
• Experience with end-to-end technical product development of Analytics/AI products.

Responsibilities

• Develops squads with direction, mentorship, and clear WHAT/WHEN/WHY VALUE decisions.
• Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Controls development from ideation to launch within timelines and budget.
• Communicates with design, engineering, and marketing for alignment.
• Advises management on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Owns stakeholder relationships and gathers requirements for updates.
• Directs analysis of product metrics and user data to optimize features.
• Manages a team of data scientists and junior managers, coaching growth.
• Represents the portfolio externally at events and client meetings.
