Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Leader to guide multiple squads of data scientists, engineers, and MLEs in building a Retail decisioning ecosystem to drive incremental trips and margins. You will own end-to-end product development, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication across strategy, merchandising, marketing, and engineering teams.

You will oversee requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and measurement for scale, ensuring successful launches and alignment with business

Qualifications

• 8+ years work experience
• Experience with direct reports and professional development
• Execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Responsibilities

• Develops the squads, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Controls the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Advises management on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Owns relationships with executive leadership and customers for feedback and updates.
• Directs resources to analyze product performance metrics and user feedback.
• Manages a team of data scientists and junior technical managers with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Advocates for the squads and portfolio at industry events and client meetings.
