Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analytics professional to lead data sourcing, reporting, and insights for its Retail Trade organization. You will build dashboards and analytics that inform manufacturer partnerships and program decisions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Trade leadership to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and drive value across the retail health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Experience with large datasets across multiple systems and data environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience supporting manufacturer partnerships, trade analytics, pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or related commercial functions.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Retail Trade organization's subject matter expert for data sourcing, reporting, and analytics.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy of reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for performance management.
• Monitor and communicate ESPO and program performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to quantify and defend value delivered to manufacturer partners.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for Trade leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance to align operational performance with financial results.
• Collaborate across Trade, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and other teams to address complex business questions.
• Translate large datasets into concise recommendations for leadership audiences.
• Develop KPIs and analytical frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
• Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations for manufacturers.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data infrastructure, and automation across Retail Trade.
• Shape evolution of Retail Trade's data and analytics strategy with leadership.
• Serve as analytics representative in manufacturer engagements and QBRs.
