Qualifications

• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through strong storytelling and presentations.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments and delivering measurable business impact.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Analytics leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions, from ideation to adoption and measurement.
