CVS Health is seeking a senior analytics professional to develop and deliver insights across the Retail Trade organization. You will integrate data from multiple sources to drive strategic decisions and measure program performance with dashboards, scorecards, and executive materials.

The role partners with Finance, Analytics, Operations, and Trade leadership to translate data into clear business recommendations and support manufacturer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, business intelligence, finance, healthcare, retail, or a related field.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Retail Trade organization's SME for data sourcing, reporting, and analytics.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy of reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate the performance of programs, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights to quantify and defend value delivered to manufacturer partners.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for Trade leadership, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance to align performance with financial results.
• Collaborate across teams to address complex business questions and support initiatives.
• Translate large datasets into concise recommendations for leadership.
• Develop KPIs and analytical frameworks to assess impact.
• Support quarterly business reviews and executive reporting materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data infrastructure.
• Help shape Retail Trade data analytics strategy and tooling.
• Serve as analytics representative in manufacturer engagements and strategic discussions.
