Qualifications

• 10+ years in business management or strategic planning with executive-level communications.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to influence decisions.
• 7+ years in product management for data/AI-driven products in enterprise.
• 6+ years solving complex problems and influencing senior leaders.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives with GA leadership, including executive presentations.
• Develop executive scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Oversee financial planning, workforce planning, and horizon reviews.
• Define vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity to adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor ROI.
