Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians' Spotlight 29 Casino seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic and operational leadership for all restaurant outlets and front-of-house services. You will drive guest experiences, safety, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Culinary, Beverage, Marketing, Finance, HR, Purchasing, Facilities, and Security.

The role leads restaurant management teams, sets operating standards, oversees budgets and forecasts, and develops programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Ten years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proven leadership in large restaurant operations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of all assigned restaurants and front-of-house areas.
• Coach and develop restaurant managers and team members.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage restaurant operating budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Marketing, and other departments.
