The Twenty-Nine Palms Band Of Mission Indians seeks a friendly front-of-house team member to greet guests, take orders, and handle transactions with accuracy. You will deliver meals promptly, answer questions about the menu, and maintain a clean service area in a fast-paced environment.

Position is full-time, with flexible shifts, requiring adherence to safety and internal standards while delivering a Five Star Experience to guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) months to six (6) months related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise.
• Greet and welcome guests promptly and take orders.
• Answer customer questions about restaurant menu items.
• Review order for accuracy and tabulates check.
• Process sales transactions and accept payments.
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
• Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately.
• Clean and sanitize workstation, tables and other front of the house restaurant areas.
