Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians' Spotlight 29 Casino seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the restaurant outlets and front-of-house operations. You will oversee daily dining operations, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing labor, costs, and safety compliance.

The role requires a strong background in hospitality leadership, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration with Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ten (10) years equivalent Supervisory/Management experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens, background check, Tribal Gaming License, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of all assigned restaurants and front of house food service areas.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in the restaurants during peak business periods and events.
• Develop programs that improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Review financial results, including revenue, labor, cost of sales and operating expenses, and implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and tribal regulations, and oversee training and onboarding.
