Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across casino outlets, set the shift tone, and train staff to deliver exceptional service. You will supervise the F&B team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulations to maintain our Five-Star guest experience.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, menu planning coordination with kitchen, staff development, and ensuring safety and quality standards across all beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or GED).
• Five (5) years (or equivalent) Supervisory/Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees.
• Coach and support team members to develop skills and resources.
• Promote company service standards and Five-Star Experience.
• Administer department policies and safety regulations.
• Manage budget, inventory, and beverage controls.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of subordinates.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety policies.
• Maintain communication with Directors and Supervisors.
