Job summary

Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic and operational leadership for all restaurant outlets and front-of-house operations. You will drive exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial and regulatory objectives, coordinating with Culinary, Beverage, Marketing and other departments.

You will lead restaurant management teams, manage budgets, labor, and SOPs, and ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and service standards across venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Ten years supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.

Responsibilities
