Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Head of Research and Early Development Project Management to build scalable PM capability across the discovery and early pipeline, reporting to the VP of Pipeline and Project Management.

The role leads cross-functional teams in Oncology, Neuroscience, and Rare Disease while mentoring project managers and deploying the Orchestra Team Operating Model to accelerate development timelines. A hands-on leader may tackle priority projects as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MS, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification is a plus.

• Champion process optimization across discovery to FIH.
• Establish cycle-time benchmarks and remove bottlenecks.
• Scale R&D operational processes for growing pipeline.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of risk and dependencies.
• Partner on governance templates and post-governance tracking.
• Ensure projects stay on track with timelines and budgets.
• Embed Orchestra Team Operating Model across early-stage teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and reduce silos.
• Align PPM strategy with day-to-day operations and COO-like roles.
