Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Research and Early Development Project Management to build scalable, world-class PM capabilities across the discovery and early pipeline.

Reporting to the VP, this role will optimize development cycle times, accelerate pipeline progression, and translate science into clinical assets while leading a global team of Associate Directors and Directors.

Qualifications

• Extensive biopharma experience in early development and portfolio management.
• Proven leadership of senior project/program managers across cross-functional teams.
• Strategic, data-driven decision making with executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Champion continuous process improvements across early drug development.
• Lead embedding of Orchestra Operating Model across early-stage teams.
• Partner with CSOs, Governance, and Strategy to align governance templates and tracking.
• Mentor global teams and develop talent within the PPM organization.
