Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director, Head of Oncology Project Management to provide strategic operational leadership for the oncology PM organization. You will coach a high-performing team, scale capabilities, and ensure programs progress through development with speed and quality.

You will partner with Oncology Leadership to translate portfolio strategy into integrated roadmaps, manage capacity and budgets, and embed best practices and PM tools across early- and late-stage programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in biopharma drug development project management.
• Direct line management of project management professionals.
• Proven track record delivering molecules from Phase 1 through regulatory submission and launch.
• Broad knowledge of end-to-end clinical development and global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with oncology regulatory pathways (fast-track, FDA initiatives).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PM tools and capacity planning models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an elite oncology project management team across development stages.
• Translate clinical development plans into integrated operational roadmaps.
• Ensure governance readiness and data-driven decision making for escalation committees.
• Oversee budget, capacity planning, and resource allocation for multi-program portfolios.
• Drive process optimization and standardization of PM practices across functions.
