Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Oncology Project Management to lead the oncology PM organization. This role provides strategic operational leadership, coaching, and portfolio-level oversight across the full development lifecycle for oncology programs.

You will mentor a team of PMs, ensure cross-functional execution, and partner with senior leadership to operationalize portfolio strategy, manage capacity, and drive execution excellence globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in drug development project management within biopharma.
• Direct line management of PMs and staffing.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and foster an elite oncology PM team driving programs from Phase 1 to launch.
• Coach PMs to identify critical path dependencies and manage cross-functional execution.
• Lead governance, data-driven pre-reads and decision framing for governance committees.
• Oversee budgets, capacity, and resource forecasting across programs.
