Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in early drug development (Discovery to IND/CTA to FIH).
• Proven line-management and coaching of senior project/program managers.
• Ability to lead executive-level stakeholders without direct authority.

• Lead cross-functional early development projects across oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.
• Drive process optimization and cycle-time improvements in the discovery to FIH lifecycle.
• Embed and sustain the Orchestra Team Operating Model across teams; clarify roles and decision rights.
