Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Head of Oncology Project Management to lead and scale the oncology PM organization. You will coach PMs, build capability, and ensure rigorous operational standards while driving delivery across Phase 1 to global launches.

You will partner with Oncology Therapeutic Area Leadership to translate development plans into integrated roadmaps, oversee budgets, and advance programs with speed and quality. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (Ph.D., PharmD, MS, or MBA).
• PMP or equivalent PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and foster an elite oncology project management team across Phases 1 to regulatory filing and global launch.
• Coach PMs to identify critical path dependencies and manage cross-functional execution.
• Implement development plans, succession planning, and proactive recruitment to staff programs with top talent.
