Crusoe is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Product and Engineering teams during rapid growth. You will influence org design, leadership development, and talent strategy at a high level, partnering with senior leaders to scale the organization.

You will drive talent planning, coach managers, and build career frameworks that align with Crusoe's ambitious AI infrastructure roadmap, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRBP experience supporting product/engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of org design and scaling tech orgs.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on headcount planning.
• Strong data-driven approach to people analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Product and Engineering VPs on org design and people strategy.
• Lead organizational assessments and headcount planning for growing tech teams.
• Coach engineering and product managers to grow as leaders.
• Develop career frameworks and growth paths reflecting tech scale.
• Drive engagement and retention strategies for technical staff.
• Collaborate on people programs and performance cycles with the People Team.
• Use analytics to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
