Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sr Manager, Computer Vision Inference to lead 2–3 ML engineering teams in building and deploying real-time video analytics pipelines across cameras and edge devices. The role requires deep CV, DL and high-performance ML inference expertise to optimize throughput and latency.

You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, silicon, research, and product teams to deliver reliable, commercial-grade video intelligence solutions while mentoring engineers and shaping 0-to-1

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher in Computer Vision, AI, CS or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years leading computer vision and deep learning teams delivering edge/embedded software to production.
• 5+ years building and optimizing CV models or CV algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 ML engineering teams to develop and deploy CV/DL solutions on cameras and edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time processing on edge hardware.
• Collaborate with firmware, silicon, research and product teams to translate models into commercial video intelligence.
• Drive high-performance inference optimization to maximize throughput and minimize latency across platforms.
• Mentor and develop ML engineers to sustain a high-performance engineering culture.
