You will partner with hardware, embedded firmware, and AI research teams; cultivate talent, drive roadmaps, and shape scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CV/AI/CS or related field.
• 7+ years engineering leadership in CV & DL teams delivering edge/embedded software.
• 5+ years hands-on CV model building or optimization.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical roadmaps.
• Experience managing 20-30 engineers.
• Cross-functional collaboration with firmware/silicon teams.
• Start-up mentality and agility.
• Video analytics and camera systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams developing and deploying CV/DL solutions on edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time operation.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, research and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive high-performance ML inference to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
• Define and track performance metrics for mission-critical environments.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
