Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sr Manager, Computer Vision Inference to lead 2-3 ML teams building real-time video analytics for cameras and edge devices. You will optimize inference runtimes, collaborate with hardware and AI teams, and drive end-to-end CV solutions in production.

You bring a Master or PhD in a CV/AI/CS field with extensive leadership and hands-on CV/inference experience, plus a startup pace and customer-driven mindset. Must reside in ET zone in the US.

Qualifications

• Master degree with 11+ years of computer vision experience.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing CV and DL teams delivering edge or embedded software.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing CV models or algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams focused on building, optimizing, and deploying video analytics on cameras and edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time operation with tight resource limits.
• Partner with hardware, embedded firmware, and AI research teams to translate model outputs into commercial-grade solutions.
• Drive high-performance inference with low latency across diverse platforms.
• Define and track performance benchmarks to maintain top-tier mission-critical reliability.
• Mentor and develop ML and computer vision engineers into leaders.
