Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, AI, CS or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership managing CV/DL teams delivering edge/embedded software.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building or optimizing CV models/algorithms.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across firmware, silicon, R&D and product teams.
• Track record translating ambiguous concepts into clear technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams to develop and deploy CV/DL solutions on cameras and edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines that real-time operate under resource constraints.
• Collaborate with hardware, platform, firmware, and AI research teams to deliver integrated video intelligence solutions.
• Drive high-performance inference optimization for diverse platforms.
• Define and track metrics to maintain mission-critical performance.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.
