Qualifications

• Master or PhD in CV/AI/CS with strong quantitative background.
• 7+ years engineering leadership in CV/DL on edge or embedded software.
• 5+ years hands-on CV model development and optimization.
• Proven track record managing 20–30 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 ML engineering teams developing CV/DL solutions for edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time use.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and AI research teams to integrate models.
• Drive high-performance ML inference with low latency across platforms.
• Define metrics to sustain top performance in mission-critical environments.
