Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr Manager, Computer Vision Inference to lead 2-3 ML teams developing real-time video analytics pipelines for edge cameras. You will own end-to-end CV/DL solutions, drive high-performance inference and collaborate across hardware, firmware, and research teams to deliver scalable, secure video intelligence.

The role requires a PhD/masters in CV/AI, 7+ years of leadership, and 5+ years hands-on CV/inference work.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, AI, CS or closely related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing CV and DL teams delivering edge or embedded software solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on building and optimizing computer vision models or implementing computer vision algorithms.
• Experience solving customer problems using deep learning and CV techniques and building high-performance inference runtimes.

Aufgaben

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams developing, optimizing, and deploying CV/DL solutions across cameras and edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines for real-time edge processing under resource constraints.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, silicon, research, and product teams to translate model outputs into integrated video intelligence solutions.
• Drive optimization to maximize throughput and minimize latency across platforms.
• Define and track core performance benchmarks to ensure mission-critical performance.
• Foster an engineering culture of excellence, recruiting, mentoring, and retaining ML/CV engineers.
