Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Director, Real Estate of Supply Chain Properties to be located at our Dublin, CA office. This role leads planning, budgeting, entitlements, construction, and disposition for distribution centers nationwide, and manages leased facilities portfolio.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, develop capital budgets, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met. Travel up to 50% and strong financial acumen are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in corporate supply chain real estate project management.
• Strong project leadership and governance across multiple sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and CAPEX

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate projects for distribution centers and warehouses across the US.
• Coordinate with networks (strategy, IT loss prevention, legal) and external partners.
• Develop estimates and forecasts; manage capex and opex budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Travel up to 50% nationally as required.
