• Maintain PDSL site information and manage project documentation for accuracy, organization and accessibility.
• Process pay applications and change orders for construction and capital projects.
• Assist with vendor contract administration, including tracking and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings across all project phases and prepare leadership updates.
• Support lease administration activities and CER decks.
