Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Headof Projects to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and deliver PM services on major projects. You will ensure service excellence, drive growth, and enhance client engagement across real estate, infrastructure and related sectors.

The role demands a senior leader with strong interpersonal skills, a proven PM track record, and the ability to operate within Eastern or Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Major construction sector experience with high caliber clients (e.g., commercial real estate, data center, life sciences).
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and oversee delivery of project management services on major projects and programs.
• Manage client communications and oversee PM services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions and publish thought leadership.
• Oversee strategic and operational management of Project Management Services across sectors.
• Set strategy aligned with the business plan and drive growth and staff development.
• Promote a learning culture, inclusion, and knowledge sharing; manage internal and external audits.
