Lead a team to develop an impact framework from inception, coordinate data collection and reporting, and build partnerships with foundations, public entities, and institutional donors to diversify funding.

• Identify and design programs aligned with member priorities and ensuring feasibility and financial soundness.
• Develop and implement an impact measurement framework with data collection, analysis and monitoring.
• Own resource mobilization and fundraising strategy, diversifying funding sources and cultivating donors.
