Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, organizational performance, business growth, or nonprofit leadership.
• Strong experience turning strategy into actionable engagements and programs.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with funders, foundations, and partners.
• Experience leading complex engagements and driving revenue growth for mission-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement for Community ImpactWorks.
• Assess organizational and operational challenges and create value
• Develop and lead engagements from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Strengthen operating discipline, leadership capacity, financial visibility, and execution.
• Coordinate executives, advisors, and resources based on engagement needs.
• Grow sustainable revenue and funding sources to support continued expansion.
