Panorama Global is seeking a Program Officer, Social Impact to lead projects across diverse issue areas within a matrix team structure. You will collaborate with operations, external affairs, and program teams to drive impact and deliver strategic outcomes.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Social Impact and may supervise contributors and interns, with in-office work required three days per week in Seattle or New York.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and delivering social impact projects.
• Experience managing complex partner or donor relationships and adapting to obstacles.
• Experience with grants administration and nonprofit operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and significant workstreams within the Managed and Supported portfolio.
• Develop project strategy and manage deliverables and timelines.
• Engage external partners, donors, and grantees to advance impact and fundraising.
• Supervise contributors or interns and coach their growth as needed.
• Support knowledge sharing and develop tools/processes.
• Collaborate on donor reporting and field engagement to grow funding.
