Purpose Built Communities in Atlanta (hybrid/remote) is seeking a Director of Measurement and Impact to translate a robust impact framework into practical plans, data collection protocols, and actionable insights for network-wide learning and program improvement.

You will lead a small team, manage external partners, and ensure ethical data practices while communicating complex findings to diverse stakeholders, funders, and policymakers to inform strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in research, evaluation, data analysis, or organizational learning.
• 2–3 years in management or senior individual contributor roles.
• Experience leading research studies, community surveys, or program evaluations.
• Familiarity with population-level or administrative data (census, housing, health, education).

Responsabilités

• Establish outcomes, indicators, benchmarks, and methods to assess progress.
• Design and improve systems for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting information.
• Lead participatory research approaches and engage residents in data collection and interpretation.
• Manage relationships with evaluation partners, vendors, and consultants; oversee budgets and timelines.
• Translate findings into accessible insights and contribute to fundraising and advocacy communications.
