Metropolis seeks a Director, Partner Success to own a portfolio of strategic partners and serve as their trusted advocate across product, data, operations, and finance. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will drive measurable value and retention for top partners beyond traditional sales.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or strategic customer-facing roles.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L, budgets, and executive discussions.
• Clear, concise communication with cross-functional teams and the C-suite.
• High responsiveness and ownership of projects and commitments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships from local operations to executive leadership.
• Ability to influence product, data, operations, and finance teams to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end partner success and retention for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship owner and advocate across internal teams.
• Understand each partner’s objectives and ensure Metropolis delivers against them.
• Oversee financial performance of the portfolio and meet internal targets.
• Collaborate with Data to produce weekly updates, MBRs, and QBRs showing value.
• Champion new initiatives and drive adoption with partners.
• Expand service offerings and add new accounts within existing portfolios.
• Maintain executive-level trust through delivery and rapid responsiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to partner escalations and root-cause follow-through.
• Represent partner needs in internal product, operations, and data discussions.
