SmartSuite seeks an experienced professional services leader to own GRC implementations and advisory services. You will drive scoping, pricing, and delivery across Enterprise deals, manage partner delivery, and scale a services organization as revenue grows.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and compliance programs, coordinating with Sales, Product and partners to ensure timely, within-budget outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in GRC consulting or advisory roles with measurable impact.
• Hands-on GRC platform implementation experience across major tools.
• Delivery leadership and successful engagements in regulated industries.

Responsabilidades

• RFQ to go-live: run every implementation with defined scoping and pricing.
• Define and price the services catalog including onboarding, advisory and implementation.
• Own services revenue, margin and utilization with accurate forecasting.
• Scope, estimate and approve services on enterprise deals with Sales.
• Build and lead a partner delivery model with enablement and certification.
• Hire, develop and lead the team as services revenue grows.
• Deliver complex GRC implementations with the team and ensure quality.
