SmartSuite Holdings LLC. is seeking a seasoned Professional Services leader to own GRC implementations, pricing, and the services portfolio. You will supervise onboarding, advisory and implementation offerings, ensuring repeatable delivery and solid margins.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and partners to scale services revenue. You will lead a team of delivery professionals, shape the services catalog, and drive customer outcomes across financial services and other regulated industries.

Qualificações

• 3–12 years of experience in professional services, GRC consulting or GRC platform implementation.
• Consulting or advisory-firm background in GRC, risk or compliance.
• Hands-on GRC platform implementation experience with migrations or implementations of Archer, LogicGate, ServiceNow IRM or MetricStream.
• Delivery experience for financial services clients (banks, insurers or other regulated institutions).
• Experience leading implementation teams and running engagements to scope, schedule and budget.
• Working knowledge of GRC programs: risk, compliance, audit, third‑party risk and resilience.
• Based in the United States and able to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Run every implementation from scoping through go-live using a defined methodology.
• Define and price the services catalog: onboarding, advisory, implementation, migrations and managed services.
• Own services revenue, margin and utilization, with a forecast the CEO can plan on.
• Scope, estimate and sign off services on enterprise deals with Sales.
• Build the partner delivery model: enablement, certification and quality for delivery partners.
• Hire, develop and lead the team as services revenue grows and advise Product on delivery blockers.
• Deliver the most complex GRC implementations oneself while the team scales.
