Pressrun is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all content production workflows across editorial, design, motion, video, and print from concept to delivery. You will build schedules, manage resources, and partner with creative leads to balance ambition with feasibility.

The role requires 8+ years in production management within a creative setting, and a track record of improving efficiency at scale using modern PM tools.

Formación

• 8+ years in production management at a creative agency, studio, or publisher.
• Experience managing multi-format production: editorial, video, motion, print, digital.
• Strong PM skills with experience in Asana, Monday, Linear, or similar tools.
• Track record of improving production efficiency at scale.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior creative leadership.

You make sure everything ships on time, on budget, and at the quality bar. You'll oversee all content production workflows — from editorial to design to video to print — ensuring our team and clients move through the production process smoothly and predictably.
