Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production processes and ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, schedules, and a production team with excellent communication and a keen eye for color and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask across multiple projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track progress and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Write up job workflows and put into production.

• Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.
• Managing production team and assigning work.
• Manage packing for shipping.
• Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
• Sourcing and qualifying new print materials
• R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.
• Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
• Microsoft excel (Medium Level)

Qualifications:
