• Experience contributing to an organization’s growth and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Product Development Technology and Training.
• Lead enterprise-wide technology, training, and process transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee technology operations, prioritization, and change management to drive adoption.
