Job summary
TJX Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting to support business decisions. You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, DC and Logistics to translate needs into scalable solutions.
You will analyze large data sets, develop dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake and Fabric, and look for automation to improve efficiency and decision-making. This hybrid role requires weekly in-person office days at our Framingham, MA location.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in analytics, BI, or reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/CS
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize large data sets
- Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Fabric
- Experience building dashboards and automated reports
- Strong organization and time management
Responsibilities
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, DC, Logistics to define analytics needs
- Prioritize reporting requests and reuse existing solutions where possible
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders for effective decisions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop data models and dashboards using BI tools
- Standardize and streamline reporting processes
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency
